We are looking for bilingual individuals with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to help new-to-Japan foreigners to find an ideal home or apartment in Japan.
The role involves:
The job will involve listening to client needs, understanding them and talking with the various departments providing the services, then quoting and project managing the delivery of those services to each client.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business, and in meeting people, and yet be able to pay attention to detail and keep deadlines. No specific prior experience required, although a background in either account management, office administration or accounting, or general project management would be helpful.

The position is open for an immediate start. Remuneration will be by way of a modest starting salary plus performance bonuses, however, we envisage that after 12 months, the person will be earning around JPY5m-JPY7m per year.
