Helping Japanese Realtors connect with foreign customers

We are looking for bilingual individuals with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to help new-to-Japan foreigners to find an ideal home or apartment in Japan.

The role involves:

  • Finding companies in the real estate industry who want more foreign buyers or tenants, and developing marketing programs for them
  • Diagnosing specific challenges by smaller and regional companies, such as language skills and services line-up, and creating solutions for those companies so that they can be more effective in selling to foreign tenants.
  • More than just selling ads, this position offers you the chance to create original ideas that can be executed on the website or by our magazine production team.

The job will involve listening to client needs, understanding them and talking with the various departments providing the services, then quoting and project managing the delivery of those services to each client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business, and in meeting people, and yet be able to pay attention to detail and keep deadlines. No specific prior experience required, although a background in either account management, office administration or accounting, or general project management would be helpful.

Remuneration will be by way of a monthly salary. We envisage salary increases based on performance.
